Heroclix Tournament Rules

Game Format: - Will be listed by the event.

Max of number game players for the event: - Will be listed by the event.

Number of rounds: 3 – 45 minute rounds.

Tournament fee: - Will be listed by the event.

Registration: starts at 1:30pm, - The event starts at 2:00pm

Point value: - Will be listed by the event.

Your over all tournament points for the 3 rounds are added up. The top 3 players will win the tournament prizes! (Some tournaments may have: door prizes, 1st kill prizes, etc.) - Will be listed by the event.

House rules for sealed events:

1. with your tournament fee: Each player will receive 1, (or 2 boxes, if it is a 2 box sealed event) booster box to play in the event. (The box needs to be unopened until the event starts, to be able to use the booster box in the event. Or a new unopened box will need to be purchased to play in the event.)

2. All player’s needs to sign in on the Wizkids website, for the event at the time of purchasing of their Heroclix box for the event. (If a person is buying an event box for another player, all player’s need to be in the store and need to sign in at the time of the Heroclix purchase, to count as valid players for the event.)

3. All players at the start of the event will have 20 minutes to put together a team to play in the event, at the start of the event. (If agreed by all players, the start time can start before the 20 minutes are up when everyone is ready to start.). Event format rules will apply for setting up your teams.

4. All players need to verify their team’s point value with the event organizer or event Judge before the 1st round starts.

5. Each player has 5 minutes to look over the other player’s game cards. Before the start of the round.

6. Each round will be 45 minutes. 3 tournament rounds. (Unless another time limit for the rounds are set for the event or tournament..

7. At the end of the round’s time limit, if the round ends on the 2nd players turn. The 2nd player can finish his turn before the round ends.

8. The player with the most point at the end of the 3rd round wins. (If there is a tie for the win, each winner will win a prize. Prizes can be store product or a store gift card.)

9. If any rules changes are made, everyone will be informed and the rule stands for the rest of the tournament. The Heroclix judge has the final word on all rules for the tournament.

House Rules for Heroclix Constructed events and tournaments:
